Individual Lessons

Functional Synthesis

Individual movement lessons are called Functional Synthesis (FS). During an FS lesson, the practitioner will work with the student, typically on a wide, low table. Lessons can also be done on the floor and in a chair. Slow, gentle movements wake up your brain and create new neural connections to form new patterns of thinking and moving. It is safe and gentle, and suitable for everyone.

Lessons for Kids

Kids can benefit from NeuroMovement® lessons at any age.  Lessons can look a lot different than adult ones, and may involve toys, movement around the room, or lying still on the table.

Why NeuroMovement® for kids?

School struggles, autism, ADHD, self-regulation, anxiety, sports injury, concussion, premature birth...and more!

Intensives

To mitigate learning loss between lessons, book an intensive which is a cluster of 5-10 lessons scheduled over a shorter period of time.
