These voice-guided movement lessons use slow, gentle movements to provide the brain with valuable information. They focus on improving brain function, which can lead to transformational outcomes in areas such as pain relief, flexibility, clarity of thought, ease of movement and overall vitality. Each lesson centres around a certain function or movement like bending, twisting, balancing or coming to standing. The lessons are very adaptable and are suitable for every body and ability. Classes are approximately 45 minutes long.
