In general, I will slowly, gently move your body for you, or I will give you specific instructions on how to move. This way of moving gets the brain's attention and provides it with potent information.

Kids and Adult Lessons can look quite different. Even if your kid is wiggly, they can still have a meaningful lesson.

HOWEVER, your workplace may have something called a Wellness Spending Account (WSA) where you can submit wellness expenses not traditionally covered by insurance such as fitness or gym memberships (or NeuroMovement® !). Check with your HR department to see if you're covered!
